Nesha Lopez is the Founder and President of MLI Construction, a U.S. Air Force veteran, licensed general contractor, real estate developer, and entrepreneur with more than a decade of experience in the construction industry.

Throughout her career, Nesha has successfully managed projects ranging from land development and residential renovations to ground-up multifamily construction. Her experience includes developing condominium projects from the ground up in Washington, D.C., overseeing complex residential builds, and delivering quality construction services to homeowners, investors, and developers. 

As both a contractor and real estate developer, Nesha brings a unique owner's perspective to every project. She understands that successful construction isn't simply about completing a building it's about protecting investments, maximizing value, maintaining budgets, and delivering results that stand the test of time.
